On Friday 11th of October at 1 pm our very own Sports Ambassador, Karen Arney will be joined by two other panellists, David Talbot and Steph Lightfoot to discuss their lived experience of receiving a breast cancer diagnosis and going through treatment. Register for Q&ASteph will also be hosting online fitness classes throughout November that are specifically tailored to people who have or are currently going through cancer treatment. You can find out more about Steph’s classes here.
We are also using 2024 Breast Cancer Awareness Month to recruit supporters to take part in “MOVE-ember“. Pledge to raise £50 whilst exercising for at least 30 minutes every day throughout November. We will send you a “MOVE-ember T-shirt and Against Breast Cancer water bottle to get you started.
