Richard Bahu
Chair of Trustees
Richard started his career at Harwell as a Chartered Chemical Engineer leading a group researching separation processes, collaborating with major international companies and world class universities around the world. Richard went on to set up and was Managing Partner of The Oxis Partnership, stimulating innovation by making connections between emerging technologies and markets. Together with LGC he founded the Faraday Partnership in High Throughput Technologies. He ran the Oxfordshire Support Group for a number of years for the charity Hope & Homes for Children which he continues to support. He brings a wealth of expertise on building research roadmaps and managing major programmes.

Jeanne Chattoe
Trustee
Jeanne has given her amazing energy and enthusiasm to raise huge funds for the charity since she and her family were touched by breast cancer. Jeanne founded the Witney Action Group and organizes several annual events including a fashion show. Jeanne became a trustee in 2002 and became chair between 2009-2018.

Jenni Collins
Trustee
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, Jenni has wide experience of working in the Public Sector. Jenni recently retired from the University of Oxford where she worked in a range of HR related roles including the Department of Chemistry and an Oxford College. She now volunteers to support a number of charities in fundraising and giving practical support.

Dr Victoria Harmer
Trustee
Dr Victoria Harmer, who qualified with an award for distinction in practice, is Consultant nurse (breast) and lead nurse for the breast screening and symptomatic services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She has published widely, as well as editing the book ‘Breast Cancer Nursing Care and Management’. and acted as medical adviser for radio, television and film. In 2013 she was awarded the Nursing Times Cancer Nursing award which represents excellence in nursing and patient care. She has worked with Marks and Spencer designing swimwear for the post-mastectomy body, is Trustee for Against Breast Cancer charity, on the Medical Advisory Board for CoppaFeel! charity, deputy Chair for Europa Donna UK and a member of the ABS International Forum. Dr Harmer has a degree in nursing from Kings College, an MBA from Westminster Business School, a doctorate from Kings and is also an Associateship of Kings College.

Laura Hounam

Jewellery designer Laura can often be found in and around Oxfordshire selling her creations at craft fairs.
A long-time member of the Witney Action Group, Laura donates all of the proceeds from her work to Against Breast Cancer.

Dennis Remoundos
Trustee
Dennis is a consultant breast surgeon at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. He looks after patients with breast cancer, performing breast cancer and reconstructive surgeries. He is passionate about ensuring that his patients are able to choose the path of treatment that is most appropriate for them. Dennis believes in the importance of practicing evidence based surgery and thrives to advance the understanding of breast cancer, ultimately aiming to improve survival outcomes.

A chartered, certified accountant (ACCA) and AAT fellow, Naomi is a conscientious, dynamic and driven finance professional with extensive knowledge of the not-for-profit sector.
With a reputation for professionalism and diplomacy, Naomi, who has been a supporter for many years, provides support in matters relating to finance, staffing and legal matters.
