Charity Place Terms and Conditions & Declaration
- You must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event.
- If your application is successful, the requested registration fee will be payable upon sign up. You will be sent details on how to make this payment via email.

By signing your application form, you are pledging to raise the minimum pledge for this event as stated on the event page on our website and agreeing to make up the shortfall yourself by 3 months following the date of the event. This target does not include Gift Aid on donations.
- All entrants will be notified of the outcome of their application within two weeks of receipt.
- If you opt to take part in aid of Against Breast Cancer you consent to us using any photos taken on the day.
- Should you not be able to participate in the event we cannot guarantee rollovers. In the event of injury, we will take each application for a rollover on a case-by-case basis.
- Should you have to withdraw past the withdrawal deadline you may be liable for the cost of the event place.
- We cannot rollover charity places more than once.
