The Jiveathon in aid of Against Breast Cancer (ABC) will be held on Saturday May 30th at the Oxford Academy, the event will see dancers dancing for 12 hours!
The lady behind Jive+; Coralie Green, has pledged to raise an incredible £50,000.00 and promises a fun packed jive-tastic event.
Since 2013 Jive+ have held a Jiveathon event for every other year and have raised an astonishing amount of money for ABC to help fund our vital research. Their wish this year is to be able to help fund a new research project that establishes how breast cancer cells survive chemotherapy by entering a dormant state. The results gathered during this research project will pave the way for future projects and ultimately this work will allow Against Breast Cancer to develop new treatments to prevent breast cancer recurring.
We are very excited to be working again with Against Breast Cancer for our 2020 JIVEATHON aiming to raise £50,000. What could be a better way to spend Saturday than dancing for up to 12 hours and raising money to save lives!!!

The event will be visited by the infamous Pink Panther, demonstrate 4 master classes in different dance styles and end with the Pink Ball, where you can enjoy a cabaret, music and amazing acrobatic dance displays.
