In a world that could use a little extra kindness, we are launching a new initiative called Take 30 aiming to make a big difference, one small act at a time.
Kick start your New Year by taking just 30 minutes to do something good for 30 days in January. This could be going for a walk, cooking your favourite meal or even just going to bed 30 minutes early. What you do with your 30 minutes is entirely up to you, we will of course be here to support and help inspire you too!
The concept behind “Take 30” is simple yet powerful: harness the collective energy of people’s daily lives to create a wave of positive change. We want to show that even 30 minutes a day can add up to something truly meaningful.
Take 30 is as much about creating a ripple of kindness as it is about raising funds. Taking just 30 minutes each day, we can together celebrate the incredible impact that small acts of goodness can have.
Take 30 starts on Tuesday the 2nd of January, everyone needs a rest on New Year’s Day after all! The funds raised during the campaign will go towards funding our vital research into secondary spread breast cancer.
Could you raise £30 through 30 acts of kindness? Ask friends and family to sponsor you or simply make your own donation.
