The Paris Half Marathon or “The Harmonie Mutuelle Semi de Paris” is an unmissable race. The half marathon is very flat and passes lots of the most famous Parisian landmarks.
Take a tour through the World’s fashion capital as you start at The Place de la Bastille, giving you the perfect photo spot to capture your race and achievement. The route will also take in the Rue de Rivoli, the Hôtel de Ville, the banks of the River Seine, the Vincennes Forest and its Château, and the Tolbiac Bridge. All before your Paris Half Marathon journey comes to an end back where it all began at The Place de la Bastille.
Every year at least 7,000 overseas runners help make up the 40,000 strong field, making the Paris Half Marathon a truly international event. Runners are promised a party atmosphere too, guaranteed by musical entertainment along the entire route. A handful of elite runners from Kenya and Ethiopia will also be there to try and break their Paris Half Marathon records.
